No. The hardware is the same across supported platforms. The automation protocol is prepared for the liquid handler used in the evaluation.

We typically need your liquid handler make and model, target formulation volume, and desired readouts.

Evaluations are usually completed collaboratively by the customer and Parallel Fluidics. The exact approach depends on the project and the team’s internal capabilities.

Support may include protocol installation, deck setup, first-run assistance, troubleshooting, DLS characterization, data review, and method refinement.

Teams commonly assess size, PDI, reproducibility, encapsulation efficiency, and relevant biological readouts. Most assays are performed by the customer using established methods.
