Parallel Fluidics agrees to treat the information contained in this RFQ confidentially for a period of one year after submission; provided that obligation of confidentiality does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available, information that was known to Parallel Fluidics prior to this submission, information that is independently developed by Parallel Fluidics, or information that Parallel Fluidics is legally required to disclose. You acknowledge that Parallel Fluidics is in the business of manufacturing microfluidic devices, some of which may be similar to your device, and (other than the confidentiality obligation above) your submission of this RFQ does not limit or restrict Parallel Fluidics.
Submission of this RFQ does not commit you to purchase nor Parallel Fluidics to supply the device described in this RFQ. Any quotation that Parallel Fluidics may provide to you in response to this RFQ will describe how the parties can enter into binding purchase and sale commitments.
